I'll be blunt, I do not get much time to go to the dentist; I work in a separate "doctors hours" industry and don't usually get myself scheduled in on days off, especially on split weeks. However, that being said. Dr. Patel and her team has done some fantastic and well-needed work with me recently. The fillings needed were of my own accord, but I really appreciated the subtle sternness as a reminder to take time to take care of myself. Highly recommend for anyone looking to find a a dentist.
She’s pushy and thinks she is above everyone. Very uncaring. Traumatized my 5 year old and refused to warranty her work. Had to be referred to the child specialist to repair her shoddy work. Pulled my entire family from her practice as she called me a liar and hung up on me when I tried to phone and resolve the issue after 4 phone calls requesting a call back. Untrustworthy, unprofessional and incredibly rude.
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr.Patal and the hygienists. I could not say enough good things about them and their service. They were all very welcoming, answered every question and concern, and got the work done really fast and pain free. The woman at the front desk however is a totally different story. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled. There is no customer service there at all from her.
