This facility is a very nice, clean and well maintained house where my mother has lived for the last year and a half. Even when they get new staff, everyone is pleasant and caring in their interactions with her and the family. They make sure her needs are met and alert us if there are any issues. The owners are there regularly and take an active role in making sure residents are well cared for.
I am the riverboat piano player I play in over 70 different care homes and I promise you this would be where I put my loved ones their attention to detail is unbelievable thx for all this family does when it comes to taking care of their resedence.
Great facility and very clean. The owners are very nice and pay attention to patient detail. Highly recommend and very reasonable pricing.
So very disappointed in this assisted living. At first everything was okay, then I saw a very HIGH turn over rate in staff. Staff DOES NOT speak English and owner is very defensive if you bring up concerns. My family member was not given his meds. ( and if staff wants to cover this up…. Then why did I pick up 3 unopened bottles of meds, and no these were not extra bottles) I have so many complaints about this place and the owner….
