Garden Ridge is Junk I agree with some of the others. I don't know that I will go back. Always very unorganized and what is with all the scrubs and robes and socks???? Used to be a good home decor store - now not so much. Employee attitude is awful also. And, God forbid, you want to talk to a manager. My pool installer calls it "Garbage" Ridge. I am inclined to agree.
Beware Garden Ridge no longer accepts checks! I went to purchase some flowers for a wedding and was getting ready to write a check. The associate stated they stopped accepting checks 3 weeks ago. Be sure to take cash or credit cards.
All Your Decorating Accent needs I love this store. They are always having sales. The prices are so very reasonable. You can get so so much more for your money. My kids even like going shopping with me there.
A great place for people who like to create This is a huge store that has a lot of craft stuff and ideas as well. I have gotten so much stuff here at a fraction of the cost of most chain stores like Michael's and such. There is plenty to choose from and people are very helpful. Located in a really good part of town and in a small mall. PROS: LOTS of choices CONS: None
Garden Ridge is not what it used to be. What happened to Garden Ridge? Why have huge selections of discount Scrubs and packages of "slightly imperfect" socks & undergarments taken over the party supply area? Another large section of the store has turned into a discount book area. What happened to crafts and home decorations? This used to be a great place to go, but not so much anymore. Wacky Warehouse of Crafty Things I love this store, but it's a wacky place. There are so many things, and it is so huge. This is a great place to find neat and creative things to decorate your house with. They have all the art supplies that you could ever need. They are always having sales, and sometimes you'll find great little trinkets for a quarter or less. The only bad thing is that the organization at this store is just not very good. It's one big happy jumble of crafty things.

Not a safe place to park your car. Take the bus. The parking lot is not a safe place to leave your vehicle, as confirmed by responding officers from Mesquite PD when we reported the attempted theft of our vehicle. No security. No cameras. Management is in denial about how bad the problem actually is.
