Garden Place, Waterloo, has been a great experience since our first tour with Jessica, to meeting the directors, Leah and Barb. They and the amazing staff made my parent's transition effortless and comfortable. The staff have always treated them like new neighbors more than residents while offering exceptional care and even sitting down to enjoy a meal with them or bringing a peach cobbler for their birthday. My grandmother has lived here just shy of 2 years and I truly can't say enough good things about this facility. The facility is welcoming, clean, and the staff is amazing. It brings my family and myself great peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands!
My parents have enjoyed living at Garden Place for over a year. I have seen firsthand how the staff invests in the residents' lives and cares for their needs, big and small. When my mom was on hospice and passed away in May, the staff was so supportive. My stepdad wanted to continue living at Garden Place because of the care and community. I'm beyond grateful.
This place really takes great care of their residents—kind staff, clean rooms, and a warm atmosphere. They also put on fun events that keep everyone engaged and smiling.
My mother has been a resident at Garden Place in Waterloo Il for over a year now and the transformation in her quality of life has been remarkable! The staff go above and beyond to ensure each resident feels valued, respected and safe. The facility is immaculate and beautifully maintained.
