Absolute disgrace , yet again my son has been misdiagnosed because they gave him a nurse practitioner who google his symptoms as opposed to seeing a fully qualified doctor , the place is a joke 😡😡😡
I have used this surgery for years and have never had any problems, the receptionist is always happy to help. I find the doctors and nurses all very nice even when very busy they always listen to my problems
Not happy with this practice at all, i was suffering with an eating disorder as a teenager as was told it was all made up and i wasn’t thin enough, ended up having to go to different services and ended up hospitalised because of it! Also my mother went for bowl issues and was told it was fine, ended up with sepsis a couple of months later as it was found to be bowel cancer and she has since passed away because of that. Do not waste your time here!!!
Receptionist is rude and abrupt, completely lacks empathy towards patients.
Absolute disgrace. This medical centre cost me my job my marriage and caused massive mental health issues. All due to false information on there system. They need to retrain in patient care. Absolute unprofessional doctors and the nurses are so overworked they don't have time to listen or enter information correctly.
