My father passed away in 2020 and my mother 2 years prior. I paid for date of death plates to be put on their marker. The check cleared promptly but to this date, there are still no marker plates. When I call, no one seems to know what I am talking about out or care enough to make it right. Chris was the employee that I dealt with and he refuses to speak with me.
