I ordered two bottles of live probiotics directly from Garden of Life’s website, instead of Whole Foods (where it’s refrigerated and the store provides ice to transport home). Garden of Life’s website advertises the product as “cooler”, but it was shipped ambient (UPS ground) and took one week to arrive to my house after being in transit for several days in a hot UPS truck. Tried to purchase vitamins thru Amazon. Amazon changed the quantity and price with no notification via email. Called Garden of Life customer service and their response was: we have nothing to do with Amazons shipping, orders or pricing. My response was: If you don't oversee your distribution, than who does?. There products when I started using them 5 years ago were amazing then they changed the formula for meal replacement the taste was different did not feel as nutritionist as it use to.Now i found out they sold to evil Nestle. great the CEO OF THAT COMPANY BELIEVES THAT HUMANS HAVE NO RIGHT TO WATER GREAT GUY RIGHT?
Used to love this company when the raw meal formula was nutritious and truly a meal replacement . Now it’s junk. Only way to save this company is to go back to its roots.
