For more than 15 years, I have taken both small group class series, as well as private 1:1 guidance at Soma Vayu Garden and its pre-pandemic forms. I also attend special events regularly. This is a sparkling gem of a learning and wellness space. Clean, safe, creative and welcoming. When you enter, you are shown that no one matters here more than you. And the instructors are highly skilled, experienced and deeply committed to their mission and passion for well-being. --AESC
It's been a short while since I soaked in the healing tranquility of the Garden, it will never leave my soul though. I have been to many yoga and wellness centers over the years, none compare with the Garden. No matter where you find yourself on your journey, I vow the Garden is the right place to call home, or at least home away from home - no matter the length of time. Namaste 🙏
Meditation and Kundalini Yoga classes are phenomenal! I have taken virtual and in person classes both are nourishing to my mind, body, and spirit.
