Wow! I could not be happier with this florist! I live in Idaho but my elderly mother is in Salt Lake. She needed cheering up, going through rough times. I chose this florist due to location and flowers looked great online. The communication with the delivery person was top notch, they needed clarification for the address, which I sent them. I also let them know my mother is hard of hearing, may not hear the doorbell. My beautiful wife was really pleased with her tulips arrangement. I put the wrong address and called the main office to get the correct updated address and they where able to adjust it last second and get it to the correct address the same day! I really appreciate the above and beyond service! Will utilize this company from here on out!
I ordered a sympathy arrangement and the arrangement they delivered was even more beautiful than the picture online. The customer service was amazing. They changed up the arrangement at my request and suggested I have the arrangement delivered the morning of the service so the flowers would be fresh. Hillside used to be my go to florist, but the quality has gone down since Jerry retired. I’m thrilled to have found my new go to florist!
Needed flowers same day. They were wonderful and to top it off they hand wrote the card!
