I selected this florist as they had a ton of positive reviews and no negative ones. I ordered a $100 bouquet that came out to $138 after tax, delivery, etc. Family lost a beloved pet. I had selected a specific arrangement. I understand not all flowers are available at all times. What my family received looked nothing like the design I selected. I wrote a note and received this gaslighting response back. I responded and received no response. Just leaving this here.
