I had an appointment booked for Friday at 1:30 PM with Tee to get my hair done. I arrived on time, only to find the salon locked. I tried reaching out by texting, calling, knocking, and even messaging on Instagram, but received no response. I waited outside in the cold for 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes in my car, before finally leaving. It’s now been a day, and I still haven’t heard anything. This was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
Tee is amazing soul and her work is just incredible. Highly recommend!
Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Love how she took the time to explain the steps and what she was doing to my hair. Couldn’t have asked for better results, absolutely love her work-so talented!
