They are never ever on time. Having appointments is an absolute waste of time because you always end up waiting hours.
I had an appointment yesterday at 5:45 to take blood for an upcoming procedure. Karina Agard was the nurse who was supposed to take my blood. The first thing she does, which was a little shocking, was the other nurse was helping escort patients from the waiting room to bring them in. Karina screams my name from across the office, and doesn’t bother to walk over to the waiting room. I walk over to her and she goes “Gabrielle?” With a hint of attitude in her tone. Horrible find an alternative
Been here for 2 hours for a regular checkup... still waiting for the dr. 50 mins in the waiting area... so far more than an hour inside the exam room. Btw my appt was 2 hours ago..... i hope to get out of here soon
