Don’t trust the appointment making people on the phone, they lie to you and then in person it’s a different story. I would not go here for genuine health care.
don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like women need to hear this. I booked a pap smear in January 2025 with Dr. Gopika Nandini through ZocDoc. When I got to the clinic, she wasn’t there - in fact, there was no doctor at the facility at all. A nurse ended up doing the pap smear instead. It’s now September 2025 and I still haven’t gotten my results. When I followed up, they told me I never even had the test done, which is unbelievable.
