Dr Jeffrey Mazlin is an outstanding doctor👏👏👏He’s got the calmest demeanor, wonderful and kind personality especially for those who are anxious coming at Obgyn office. He explained everything so thoroughly and meticulously that I didn’t even have any questions, fear or any doubt that I am in good hands. very kind and nice staff
I was not seen by the nurse practioner Suhey Thomas as booked on Zocdoc and was instead seen by the PA Catherine Kim - I do not like this sort of bait and switch. After a very long wait, she, when inserting a speculum had me experience the most pain I've ever experienced at a gynecologist's office, to the point where I immediately clutched the wall and yelped out. SO EXPENSIVE. I came in for a UTI, and got hit with a total bill of over $800 which is insane. It includes lab testing, but is still so so expensive for something that i can go to another clinic for much cheaper. I can’t even pay my bill online, I have to go all the way back to their office to swipe my card on their machine which is so outdated. Would not recommend for anyone.
Leaving this practice ASAP. First time I’ve visited a practice with such awful patient follow up/after care. Front desk was not friendly either and did not complete basic responsibilities like updating patient info (address) after it changed. Additionally, I left my number multiple times requesting my provider call me back to discuss a concern and I still have not heard from them.
