I went for my annual Pap smear. The physician assistant asked if a student could shadow her, I said not a problem. The Pap smear was excruciating and I felt like she excising tissue.Then a week later another physician assistant told me I had to repeat my Pap smear. I am never going back. Evidently she didn’t remove enough cells.
I’ve never had a problem here wonderful staff very professional and they’re very attentive with this pregnancy. We laugh we joke I’m in and I’m out lol
They keep ignoring my requests to fax over my medical records to my IVF clinic. I might be delayed a cycle because of this. Truely upseting and no one seems able to step up and resolve a simple clirical request. Tried going in person to resolve it and the office hours listed are not correct. Total mess. Emergency team doesnt get through to this office. I tried that too. I'm so upset.
They were good before northwell took over. Once jasmine left and the call center (rude people btw) took over, it’s so slow and horrible. I had an appointment since 6/17 and no one called saying I needed medication until I went to an annual appointment. Will be switching unfortunately. If you need a better call center, call me.
