They were good before northwell took over. Once jasmine left and the call center (rude people btw) took over, it’s so slow and horrible. I had an appointment since 6/17 and no one called saying I needed medication until I went to an annual appointment. Will be switching unfortunately. If you need a better call center, call me.
This place sucks. The people answering the phone are incompetent. Would not recommend.
Horrible experience. Went all the way there to be seen by a Dr only to be told the Dr would not be there and they wanted me to instead see an NP. I expressed that I found the Dr through my insurance and specifically booked with that Dr. I asked to at least have a Dr there on the phone to consult with and the NP left and never came back so I left without being treated or seen. Wasted my time coming out to not even have an appt. Was not seen at all not by a Dr and obviously not by the NP given I had not booked with an NP.
Never going here again. I am not one to leave bad reviews I pinky swear. I almost cried when my parent forced me to send food back as a kid. However, I wish if someone had an experience like this they would’ve shared it. First visit went fine. I thought the second visit went fine. My IUD shifted out of my cervix but they said it could wait till my next one was put in.
