I booked an appointment at this location, but when I arrived, the front desk claimed my appointment was at a different location. I showed proof on my phone confirming I was at the correct place, but they insisted their system said otherwise and made no effort to resolve the discrepancy until I specifically asked. I had previously written a good review because Imoni was great at her job. Very personable. Now, I can't get anyone to respond to me regarding my lab results. I have been getting "we'll call you back" or "i'll pass that along" for 10 days. I have been going to Garden offices for over 10 years and have never been so frustrated by an office. It feels like a lack of respect for the patients.
The area was very clean. Doctors were very professional and informative. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend.
I had the worst experience with this OBGYN office!! Details below: My first appt in 1/20 with Kelli Amara who gave me a Pap-smear and advised me on an IUD insertion. I gave blood and urine and was told to wait for my IUD to be delivered to my pharmacy. Once it had I made an appointment for my IUD insertion on 2/9. When I came in that day I was told by the IUD technician (who is not my doctor) that something came up in my blood tests that I should treat before having it inserted.
