I will not return. You do not have ability to choose your treating doctor instead you see whoever is there. I have had good care for the most part but it is a hassle to be seen. The communication with patients is not the best regarding results and appointments scheduling. I have waited hours for an appointment even when choosing first available in the morning.
Office is clean, friendly and professional staff, and gorgeous and cute uniforms. Highly recommended
They are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Whenever you need assistance, they rarely follow up and leave patients in the dark. They unexpectedly stopped accepting my insurance and dropped me before my follow-up appointment without recommending another provider. I was left stressed and scrambling to find new care while dealing with ongoing health issues.
Worst experience everytime. Used to be good. Arrived at 9am, appointment at 9:15am, did not see anyone till 11am. Long wait time for a prescription not even a detailed check up.
