If i could give zero stars would give million times zero requested all medical notes to be uploaded on portal health since they change systems now no notes are shown at all called 2 weeks ago for this issue & nothing. If you have health issues during pregnancy run cause they will tell you really late that there’s an issue with your health
My visit was fine but it’s the after that left a bad taste in my mouth. I did my yearly with them. They uploaded my results but their site has been having issues. When i called in asking for a call back and for my prescription, i was passed around like a collection plate. Since Monday to now i have been calling to have my prescription sent as well as speak to the doctor and no response. This really sucks as a first time patient at this location. Not sure if i plan on going back
Before doing any exams or lab tests, I clearly asked the staff if I would need to pay anything besides my copay. I was told that my insurance would cover everything and that I would only need to pay my copay. Because of that, I agreed to proceed with all the exams and lab work. Now months later, I keep receiving a bill from the lab. When I called the lab, they told me to contact the OB-GYN office.
