This has to be the worst experience all around for obgyn. I went for regular care, never met the obgyn only the PA. My results were never on their portal nor a call from the office to inform me until I insisted with the help line. I needed a medication sent to the pharmacy due to the results and they were not concerned nor aware of this. They don't follow thru on care. This an mill obgyn. They collected my copay $50 and 7 month later get a collection agency letter that I owe $60. I never received a bill nor a reason for this... read more

I received a bill for additional treatment that I did not consent to. I have attempted to discuss this matter with them on several occasions, and each time I was advised to contact Alina. Unfortunately, she has not returned any of my calls. Now, the bill has been sent to a debt collector. Very unprofessional.
