Worst service I’ve experienced. I’ve been coming to Garden OB/GYN for years, but this has been by far the worst location. I waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment and ultimately had to leave because I had another commitment. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the excessive wait. To make matters worse, the front desk staff’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. UNORGANIZED, TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION, it takes you forever to get in contact with someone medication is being sent to the wrong pharmacy without asking me what my pharmacy is and then send medication without explaining to me what each medication is for and then Get upset that I'm asking questions about medication that I'm taking that was not explained to me. Very unprofessional, been a month waiting for simple UTI urine test!, they claim there was no urine test to begin with!! , also blood test was canceled without an explanation… you can cqll and ask every day for 2 weeks and they ignore your requests, such a waste of time, ill give them few more days then ill definitely report them to the insurance for fraud at this point!
