Was scheduled for a mammogram even though I told the young lady that I had one at another facility 8 months ago. Rushed here after work today and the tech told me I couldn’t be seen without the prior scans. None of the desk ladies told me this and I wasted my gas and time coming here. I now have to get the appt rescheduled and do this all over again. This was both frustrating for me and the tech who discovered that I could not be seen.
