All in all, a very unprofessional business. Located in a rundown trailer behind another business, with no Garden Isle Marine sign at all. The owner has an attitude. We made an appointment to have our boat bottom painted, but drove down first to get a written agreement signed before driving our boat all the way down. Glad we did that, because the owner wouldn’t draw up a written agreement. And when we asked him if we could observe the bottom painting, he said no. Very suspicious behavior. We went elsewhere. Buyer beware!
As an owner of a Yacht Management service I have to have places to go that provide excellent, fair and honest work. John and his team provide all of that for a fair price for parts and labor, and always make it an easy experience to come in and get work done not only do I bring my customers boats here, but I bring my own boat because I trust them to take care of it and do it the right way
