Confusing policies.
When I picked up my car it was covered in dust/film a smudge was found right where they just painted. They had to re buff and wash and I had to pick up the next day. When I got home found a scratch on my rim they were supposed to review photos and get back to me and I never received a follow up call. Also over spray of white paint found in my door frame my car is black. Would never choose this shop again.
I have never had a car repair done in less than two days in my entire life. These guys were so nice and so communicative. They washed my car. They took great care of me. I can’t say enough about them. If you ever need anybody work done on the island of kauai this is where to go.
The service and people here are awesome. Went extra mile to make my car look brand new. Highly recommend. The job was done super fast too
