Whether or not you’ve done a cold plunge before, this is the perfect spot to upgrade your body and mind.
10 stars! Would have a membership if I lived over here. One the best spots on the island, the ice bath and infrared sauna combination was amazing! I haven’t felt this good in a long time, Louie was the best host, always taking care of us, so informative. Highly recommend to everyone!! Love this place

Went here on my vacation from California. First time ever doing a sauna/cold plunge. I have psoriasis (a skin disease) and immediately saw improvements on my skin. The sizes of the skin patches shrunk and, I felt an immediate boost in my energy, I felt warm and tingly (blood flow was moving) and I felt so mentally sharp and clear. Lovely place near the beach. They have two saunas and a cold plunge. The place was clean, and Lou was excellent.
