house is ok, but if you buy facing the so called country road all you hear is traffic. lopatcong as a whole is not a good place to live, they are very low class people that have moved from Jersey City, and other rat holes in NJ to lower priced living in warren county. Mostly blue collar and phillipsburg the armpit is close by, was very unhappy with the type of individuals there, be careful because the values are going down now since the building of the asphalt plant less than a mile away, not a good investment. Just purchased a house in scenic ridge and am writing under one of my colleagues accounts here. This community is beautiful and the construction is amazing. i have owned many homes and this house is by the far the best. The head engineer Fima is the best, he is a man of his word and works so hard pleasing everyone. I highly recommend these homes.
