I made arrangements with this company in April to do work on my yard this fall. First, we had to contact them several times to get responses from them to find out when they were coming. Once we had the date set, they didn’t show up. We finally got ahold of someone (again it took several tries) to figure out what was going on. Owner was absolutely one of the best/most knowledgable our condo association has ever hired. We had him engaged on a one year contract. He left/quit in the middle of the contract, leaving us high and dry midyear trying to replace him, with incompleted work in process.
