My application start date was on September 28, 2024 with the move in date of November 1, 2024. During the initial application process, I was asked to supply addition pay information which I gladly sent. I called office and inquired if this extra documentation was received. I was asked if I had a co-signer. There was never a mention about that our application was denied and it was necessary to have a co-signer to move into the apartment complex. This place has had severe termite infestations for at least 10 years (according to reviews and speaking with long term residents). They have no plans to fix the pest infestations and will not respond if you inquire about any plans to address the issue. It was a huge mistake to move here and I'm shocked at the condition and inattention to basic cleanliness. It's also overpriced and not a safe place to live. I wish I could add pictures here so you could see the extent of the pests. I've even caught a mouse and roaches.
