I no longer live in Colorado and ordered flowers from here. The service and communication was exceptional. The product itself was also perfect and exactly what we were looking for!! Overall, such a great experience and would order from here again.
This is the second time ordering from them and it has been fantastic both times! They even sent me a delivery confirmation photo when I requested it and they accommodated a longer card note for me when the online form wouldn't let me. They are super nice on the phone and the flower arrangements turn out beautifully!!! I'm super happy with Garden Flower Shop and plan on ordering from them in the future!
Sent us dead flowers with an expensive arrangement that looked nothing like the pictures (we sent them pictures), then wouldn’t replace them & had to fight for a refund. Wife & husband had poor communication, as they both said they would replace or refund. Then went back on it; one ended up saying she would replace & the other refused. It was a mess.
Liked how they didn't charge me until delivered, hated the no notifications or anything almost thought I got scammed
Very good service and the flowers are super fresh and colorful.
