We asked for a 10-12 dollar bouquet without greenery. Instead, we got a bunch of greenery that cost us 22 dollars! I said that was not what we asked for; so, the lady said that she could take some out of the wrapped flowers. What?! I told you what I wanted and you made it my problem. I was stuck with it.
