What horrible customer service. Very unprofessional pickup and delivery service. They were not friendly. My appt was 8am-12pm. Called them after 1pm. Then called Sears. Could not understand the operators accent. They called when I was on the phone with Sears, but because I did not answer their call, they cancelled my orig. appt. I was told by a guy called OZ (said he was a supervisor) that I should not have panicked because they were only an hour late.
