Trena was so helpful and looked for answers to my questions. I have a new home and just put in a patio. I was looking for some matching stone for the new patio. Garden Design did not put in the stone wall but tried to get me a supplier. I was amazed at the caring and helpfulness that Trena showed me. Trena followed up when she hadn’t gotten my pictures of the stone. Trena is a tremendous employee with my 5 star rating. Keep up the great customer service and work.
We have Garden Design did our backyard landscaping project. We are very happy for the result. It is beautiful! Robert is great to work with, he is professional and care what client's want and he listens. He and Kevin and team delivered an excellent service. What a great company, one of very few that I felt is fair, and have a human side to them. One of the Account managers Daniel, who is not only very professional and kind but also very understanding and helpful. Thank you Daniel, keep up the great work and i hope if the company management reads my review you have a gem of an employee and he deserves a pat on the back. Guys the next time i need anything with my lawn, I will be calling you up.
AVOID AT ALL COST! They do questionable work with questionable workers. Non of the works speak seem to understand what you say. Poor to respond and do not show up when they say they will. I’m not sure how they are still in business.
Robert and his crew were great to work with! Great design and install, I would highly recommend! Everything turned out beautiful!
