Received my 3 plants & they are very good, healthy plants, however the plants are not secured well enough to take a cross country shipment of being thrown about in a FedEx truck. The plants are wrapped in paper & put in a sectioned box which is great but the tops of the pots are not secured at all to assure the plants cannot come out of the pot during shipment. One of my plants came out of the pot & was damaged, tho is alive & I believe it will survive. I felt a partial credit for shipping is warranted, but Garden Crossings ... read more
Heidi and Dawn as well as the rest of the staff are always so helpful. They are extremely customer oriented and want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Garden Crossings has large display gardens of many of their plants. They offer many instructional videos as well. This is a topnotch garden center that also offers online sales.
