I am in agreement with one of the reviewers. Due to a clerical error my mom's Medicaid coverage was paused and reached out to this supplier and they confirmed they could not deliver supplies until the account was reactivated. When the account was reactivated all of a sudden we are told we cannot receive a certain amount of supplies since we are dealing with Garden Health and another supplier. Huh? The staff is ridiculously incompetent. Take your business elsewhere. This people think they know more than the doctors. The scripts are electronically signed and then rubber stamped and they still want someone to write on it after it’s filled out from the computer which would void the script ultimately. I can see why they already have such a low rating.
I can't imagine why this company has a 1 star. They are the absolute best and I highly recommend them! They go above and beyond to get you your medical supplies on time. You will not regret it.
I would rate this place 0 stars if it was an option cuz the delivery guy dumped my order at my neighbor's place, after I already called the office twice to make sure they had my delivery instructions in place!! On top of this they give me a wrong item that my case manager told them, and I myself went over with them TWICE!!! Omfg so after I got my bearings I called the delivery guy back and cursed him TF out!! I mean he can read delivery instructions for AMAZON, on my door but he can't read the instructions for him in his own... read more
They call you to coordinate a delivery. You cannot move from home during the delivery day because they can come any time from 8am to 5pm. So, you stay; then, nobody showed up, no phone call, nothing. I call next business day to know what happened; however, nobody in the company has an idea of what is going on with your package. I asked to call the driver to get information.
