Awful! This was who Anthem gave our contract to for my mother’s home healthcare supplies. We suffered through their incompetence for two years. They never once came when they said they would – 100% fail rate. Totally incompetent and unreliable. We complained enough that Anthem switched us to another company.

I was expecting a delivery this week. Nothing came so I called to ask about the status of the supplies. The representative who took my call said that there is a new Medicaid requirement that they receive a script and an authorization from the insurance company. They proceeded to push me to book with Vantage who works with them to provide scripts. I felt I was being pushed to book with vantage. So I refused. I am in agreement with one of the reviewers. Due to a clerical error my mom's Medicaid coverage was paused and reached out to this supplier and they confirmed they could not deliver supplies until the account was reactivated. When the account was reactivated all of a sudden we are told we cannot receive a certain amount of supplies since we are dealing with Garden Health and another supplier. Huh? The staff is ridiculously incompetent. Take your business elsewhere. This people think they know more than the doctors. The scripts are electronically signed and then rubber stamped and they still want someone to write on it after it’s filled out from the computer which would void the script ultimately. I can see why they already have such a low rating.

I can't imagine why this company has a 1 star. They are the absolute best and I highly recommend them! They go above and beyond to get you your medical supplies on time. You will not regret it.
