I really like our new manager, Laura. She works hard, is very friendly and very helpful. I know the owners are wanting to improve the property and offer things that would interest the residents. I can hardly wait for the clubhouse to be finished, so we have a place to play cards, games and just interact with the other tenants. Maybe have potluck dinners etc. Get rid of the rocks

While living here for 4 years, any challenges have been addressed with care from maintenance, they work diligently to ensure my environment is safe and secure. I would encourage others to explore the difference at Black Bear Creek apartments.
I've been here at Black Bear Creek for almost 3 years and I really am pleased with my apartment and community. I like it because it's all one level I can park right in front. It is a cozy little community with cute little white fences in front of my front porch which makes it feel personalized and secure. When I went to renew my lease Laura was so helpful to guide me through it since I'm not that computer literate.
