Nice and clean and quiet
I'm extremely pleased with the new owners. They're doing a wonderful job and also Alonzo the maintenance guy is absolutely wonderful. He does such an amazing job.
I've paid rent accordingly to my lease, 2 months shy of 4 years. New owners come in saying they'll abide our current lease. I'm 66 on social security, disabled and recently diagnosed with lupus. I became sick while living here. I was told to leave april 1st when my lease is up. When I asked why the new manager said " it's his perogative". Mgmt is rude and snippy and have an i don't care attitude. They call this a retirement community. Laughable as many are not of retirement age. I'm 66 and disabled. I've NEVER been late on my rent, never had visitors for 4 years! I just got off the phone with Shann and was told they will not renew my lease, i asked her why and she replies "it's their perogitive" they call this a retirement community? No one is safe from the new management...namely Shann, heard stories but know now they are true. If I've been the perfect Tennant for 4 years NO ONE ELSE IS SAFE TO LIVE HERE ANY LENGTH OF TIME.
