Lovely things great for accessories.
The service at Garden Cottage is exceptional. We have purchased items over the years. Our new Outdoor Umbrella unfortunately did not function when we went to set it up at home. A quick call, confirmed there was another available and the staff verified we "had a lemon" and the replacement functioned properly when we returned. We could not be more satisfied, an excellent quality product with Sunbrella fabric and service to match.
I have purchased several items from Garden Cottage in Fairfield. the store carries really nice things, but I have since learned that they are not helpful if you experience a problem. That's when the "attitude" comes out. I had ordered a hammock from them. their installers placed the legs on backwards. When the leg split (along the glue line), they did order a replacement, but when it happened a second time, Jamie told me that it was out of warranty.
