When the apartments were owned by Firstclass the company would answer maintenance request and pretty much any call. These are one of the few cheap apartments left in this area. I've been living in north Wilmington all my life and rent has doubled in the past 10 years. The apartments are now owned by MMPM and they emptied out more than half of the apartments. They are remodeling them and I'm expecting they raise the prices to 2,000 or higher. Not sure how they kicked out all the Other tenants. Maybe section 8? While they are ... read more

Update 8-2023: more improvement and I found a solution to my maintenance issues. 1 made friends with the maintenance manager. Talk to him as backup. 2 call the number in the email when I submit a maintenance request. This place has gotten better over the 11 months I've been here. New property management is making things happen. There's currently 3 things I take issue with. 1. Management never responds to any communication. I guess I should call because text and email go unanswered. Usually my request is addressed but there's... read more
