Wonderful job. No problems, what so ever. Very professional and courteous. I love their tailoring job.
(terrible) service with a smile – Don't believe the hype about this overpriced "organic" laundry. They might be friendly but that doesn't mean good customer service. 99% of the time your laundry will be VERY LATE. Then they'll promise to have it by day's end, then when that comes and goes they'll promise that it's "in the machine" and that they'll deliver it to you as soon as they close, then call you 20 minutes after they've closed to say they'll deliver it to you first thing in the morning, etc, etc., etc. And that 1% of t... read more
