So disappointed by my experience. I brought a gown to be hemmed and was told that the person who did it was at their Netcong location. So my husband and I got back in the car and drove to Netcong where the gown was pinned up for hemming. The gown was retrieved on the scheduled day. I returned home to try it on and the hem was crooked. We brought it back the next morning and explained to the girl working that the hem was crooked. Needed something done last minute, two day notice.. came back on time, clean and pressed. Highly recommend.
It is extremely unprofessional to say you can do something when clearly you're incapable of doing so. Whoever sews patches on jackets should not have a job. Two attempts and they still gave my husband the jacket back with the varsity letter completely crooked and off-centered. While, I am thankful that we were refunded our money, it's just setting us back another week of getting this jacket back to my son away at school.
Tom is so friendly. They do a good job with dry cleaning and tailoring
