I pays top dollar for the service, however the driver is very lazy. They skipped the pickup on my street (4 houses in my neighbor). I called the office to notify them in regards, the lady in the office is rude on the phone. She hung up the phone when I ask for her name for the record who I am talking to. IF THERE IS A NEGATIVE 1 STAR I WOULD RATE IT. I wish the City remove their service for the public.
