I've been with this practice for six years, and they have consistently let me down. In 2018, I was misdiagnosed and left with no answers until a walk-in clinic correctly identified my issue. In July 2024, I needed a refill, but my doctor was out, so Ms. Beth Bock scheduled a tele-visit for July 10th, which she never actually booked. This week I had an extremely upsetting experience with the supposed manager at this practice. I have been a patient here since 2020. My doctor retired over the summer. I have an ongoing prescription for Lexapro that I have been on for 7 years. On 11/29 in the evening, I was notified by my pharmacy that the doctor would not authorize a refill. Make an appointment after explaining your exact situation. Wait the month they ask. See the doctor. Only for the Doctor Michael Carl to say he doesn't believe in the medication you've been taking and won't prescribe it to you but will send you to another doctor. Like I could have done myself a month ago had I been properly informed. Nice. Thanks for wasting a month of my time and that goes for the doctor and staff.
