They finished the dehumidification in a few hours when I expected the procedure to take most of the day. I thought it would take a long time but they dried our carpets quickly and thoroughly in less than 2 hours and no smell was left behind They also provided extremely helpful suggestions as to how to prevent future issues which I found very beneficial.

I choose to write a review because the technician was very detailed in explaining that the high humidity levels had made our carpet take longer to dry out but he thankfully modified his equipment for this and returned twice to check up. The entire job took 4 days longer than I expected but I appreciated their carefulness to avoid any mold growth.
