For about a month, Ken had been squealing. I honestly thought it was time to get a new one since I was 12 years old. I chose to contact Bob from Garden City Service because I had previously used him for the dryer and dishwasher. He was willing to come the next day, but because I was working, he agreed to come on Saturday. He stopped the squealing by replacing the rear bearing and the belt. I called him up, I told him what the problem was, he told me he could rebuild the ignition, he told me how much that it would be, we set a time, he was there, did what I needed and it didn’t take him very long, paid the price he told me and everything works good! Thank you Garden City NY!

Garden City Service is really wonderful. We had an issue with our new thermostat. It was a complex electrical issue - and Benson came and spent hours working on the problem and did a great job diagnosing the issue, and resolving it too. He did this all with a professional attitude and with good cheer. We would highly recommend him!
