I've been a loyal customer here for over five years, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. My usual tech wasn’t available (my fault for not booking in advance), and the owner assured me that another technician could handle my gel manicure, praising her skills. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but professional. The new tech cut the side of my finger and used the drill so aggressively that it caused pain and completely removed the previous gel. The manicure was gorgeous but did not past. Got them done on Tuesday and this is them after 3 days. The appointment was long, got in at 1245, seated at 1, left around 2:15. It was great work so I did not mine the time but now that it is breaking, chipping, and peeling I really wish I had just done a full ombre dip, not sprayed on gel. Because the pink was sprayed on it is peeling off fast compared to a dip ombre.
