I switched to Karmen after my PCP I had been with since 1991 sent me a letter discontinuing our relationship over a disputed bill. Best thing to happen for my health care! Karmen spends quality time explaining issues in detail and her office gets RIGHT back to you with results that day or the next day. She is a blessing to have in our small rural community
