I had them remove a broken key from a lock, i had a spare key. I said i need 2 keys TOTAL, only 1 COPY. There was a kid screaming in the backroom the whole time so i imagine he didnt hear me well, but i said it while the lady was cutting them as well. He charged me for both keys! I said no i only need 1 but he said cause i said the number 2, that he made 2 and i had to pay for 2. Its only a 4$ thing but its the principle. They made a mistake and charged me for it.
I love this family-owned business. There isn’t any mystery for why they’ve been in business for decades. They offer help for old-school technology needs as well as up-to-the-minute computer program technology needs. I have gone to them for both my push-start car needs as well as when I need something for my chipped-key cars.
