Send the pigs to a sanctuary. They should not be slaughtered merely for profit. Help the PEAS pigs. Please do not pay for pigs to be tormented and killed.

I am appalled to hear of the three pigs who could have gone to a sanctuary being killed instead. It is immoral and unethical to say the least. Utterly disgraceful. Enjoy your one-star reviews! No doubt there will be a lot more in future if this is the way you operate. Ethical and sustainable foods my ass!
I was horrified to learn that even widespread public outcry couldn't persuade PEAS Farm to spare the lives of Kitty, Franklin, and Fabio, 3 pigs who could have gone to a sanctuary to live out the rest of their days. Participating in the senseless killing of innocent animals while promoting sustainable and ethical foods goes against the values of the farm, the University of Montana, and the surrounding community. Amazing organization that strengthens our local food economy, engages community members in farming, and makes Missoula a better, more sustainable, more kind, and more beautiful place. Garden City Harvest veggies make up a large part of my diet during harvest season! I love spending time at River Road. <3
