Read the reviews! I made the huge mistake of not reading the reviews. The bouquet I ordered looked beautiful on the website. Another story when I saw it. It arrived on Valentines' Day. A few roses were slighly wilted. Today, three days later, all the roses are wilted, the white bunches are also wilted.. All this for over $80.
Happy with customer service! My arrangement was left out in the freezing cold for several hours unprotected. Unfortunately, the driver never rang or knocked - it was Valentines, so I am sure they were very busy. The flowers wilted almost as soon as they were brought into the heat of my house. I called and they were very courteous. I received an apology as well as they delivered a fresh arrangement. The new arrangement is gorgeous and driver rang this time.
