HORRIBLE place to work at if you're looking for a long term position. Especially, in accounting. The owners are the epitome of micro management with cameras everywhere inside the office. I was specifically told that they don't want employee's being friends or having one on one conversations. They talk about employee's behind their backs. They have zero trust for their employees. At first this company seems like a great place to work, with lots of potential to grow. Once inside it is obvious that it lacks the safety mindset and quality craftsmanship that employees and clients deserve. This is the first company that has told me, in person, that safety is not their number one priority. Not for their employees, not for sub-contractors and not for clients.
