Over the years, I have experienced quite a few "accidents" with my car and it has needed repair. Of all the Auto Body shops I've been to, Garden City Auto Body by far has given me the greatest customer service. I was their in the summer to replace a front bumper. Instead of trying upselling me, they gave me the lowest rate of all the local auto body shops. Since I was a student at the time at Hofstra, one of the employees even gave me ride back to campus! This business cares about not only making money but taking care of the customer. They helped my daughter out the other day. She hit a pole with her mirror and was told she need a whole new one. She called and they got her in fast and Brian fixed the one she had on the car. We appreciate the honest service you provided her and would recommend that everyone use your shop. I am a Garden City resident that just had some body work done by GC Auto Body owned by Brian Solomon. The work was done in an efficient manner that was a step by step procedure that was followed proficiently. The workers were courteous and fully knowledgeable in their craft. The work area itself is kept clean, neat and in an orderly condition. Anyone who is considering to have work to be done here, I am sure they will be as extremely satisfied as I am.
If there were more stars that I could give, I would!!! Brian is AWESOME! He waited for me to see my car even though it was closing hours. Not just that he fixed the minor things in my car even without charging me.. And above all he gave me honest advise.. He is truly going to be my car doctor!!!
