Garden Chalet I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was at the Garden Chalet. Being an event coordinator myself I am very picky about details and from the moment i walked into the office until today when I walked out of the shower I cannot express what a wonderful venue to have an event. Everyone from event coordinators in the office to the waitstaff, cook, chefs just bent over backwards time and again to make the day everything i could have hoped it to be. Dont go there!! Horrible place ...just went there for my cousins wedding and felt so bad they ruined her big day. All the workers there were very rude and didnt care one bit that the bride was upset and crying about their service. They knew how many problems there were and they just caused more instead of trying to help. My advice...if you want you wedding to go perfect with no problems dont call these people.
Terrible!! We were there recently to attend our best friends wedding and the service was TERRIBLE!! The staff were some of the RUDEST people I have ever met. I can assure you that if you want youre SPECIAL day ruined feel free to call them, they seem to be really good at it!!
GOD awful!!!! This place ruined my special day! The coordinator, one of the bartenders, and the "security" were extremely rude! They charged me twice for the cake, harrassed children and adults at the reception, pushed one of my guests. I will never refer anyone there again. My cousin just wrote them a letter cancelling her reception there because she saw first hand how rude they were. Unacceptable!!!!
Excellent catering!!!! I was hosting a surprise retirement party for my husband. We were expecting 50 guests, and they did an outstanding job on catering the event. The food was delivered HOT. Every entree was delicious. The portions were true - even on the generous side. They delivered and set up as promised. Every thing was perfect - even the price! Definately would do it again.
