We had such a great experience with this Home Depot location. We we're greeted and welcomed as soon as we got in. I noticed everyone gives eye contact with a smile, letting us know they're available to help. We had been to 3 different stores (since summer) and keep returning everything that we pick up as nothing works for our tub. But the knowledgeable staff here finally provided us the right place to get it. Do not buy appliances here. The poorly trained staff will simply walk through an online order, and leave you with no ability to get any service afterwards. I ordered a dishwasher more than 2 weeks ago and paid for the installation. It was scheduled to arrive 4 days ago, and they canceled the delivery last minute. I have now called their generic customer service line 3 times, and nobody can tell me when my dishwasher will arrive.
