Too lazy to even address my initial questions. He used a lame excuse why he couldn't come out to discuss my concerns outside and sent me a poorly executed hand-drawing of landscaping without even addressing where the sprinklers are or moving the mature trees etc. etc. Find someone who wants to work. I found many.
