Based off of face value and the list of permits pulled, this seems to be a well-maintained place to live. The majority of residents are snowbirds from Massachusetts, the Polish community of NJ, French-Canadians and Italian-Canadians.
No pets. I have indoor cats. Not sure why they wouldn’t be allowed if I own the condo!!! 🙁
This condo Complex has beautiful gardens with red bridges(Japanese Gardens) with 2 fountains and pond,all owners have a great view of the gardens well kept ,lots of flowers, lots of parking space , a short walk to the beaches...just up the street from the gulf clubs, short walk to shops .
